Wide grip chins and dips every 6-8 days for maintenance

Only want to grow Deltz and armz

In two weeks, my hamstring will be fully healed.

Just measured my upper and lower quads

Upper around the biggest part was 20 inches

Lower which is like 3 inches above the kneecap was 14 1/2 inches

So my arms as on now are bigger than my lower quads😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Doug, I know getting good, reliable, and TRUE information about steroids is next to impossible from the internet. I dont blame you for your confusion. But, confused you are. Of you want to really understand anything about a subject, any subject, you must possess a baseline knowledge. You can only follow and obey others if you dont have an education in life about any subject. You cant make INFORMED decisions if you cant comprehend the information.
