Been on the same wo fo 2 weeks now....

Triceps... dn skull and db overhead ext

Biceps.... concentration curl standing db curls

Rear Delts... bent over db lateral

Side Deltz... db wide up row

Wide grip chins and dips every 6-8 days for maintenance

Only want to grow Deltz and armz

He must do wide grip chins in the forest near his homeless encampment.

Just measured my upper and lower quads

Upper around the biggest part was 20 inches

Lower which is like 3 inches above the kneecap was 14 1/2 inches

So my arms as on now are bigger than my lower quads😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Doug, I know getting good, reliable, and TRUE information about steroids is next to impossible from the internet. I dont blame you for your confusion. But, confused you are. Of you want to really understand anything about a subject, any subject, you must possess a baseline knowledge. You can only follow and obey others if you dont have an education in life about any subject. You cant make INFORMED decisions if you cant comprehend the information. I must rely on my car mechanic in this way. You are forced, by dint if a dearth of education, to be reliant on others for steroid choices. But, you have chosen poorly. Not because you cant think we'll, but because you cant understand what you've read or heard or caught on the street.

Of you want to escape this situation, you need a basic knowledge of biochemistry. And physiology.  Not a deep one, a BASIC first-line one. Them you can point out the misunderstandings you'll find all over the internet. YOU can discard poor information and useles

So ai helped me breakdown all Blakely wrote to me

So here is my first weeks work

And on a side note he basically said he doesn't give a fuck if I hit previous bests he said he only wants to know about newly gained ground

I told him I will hit newly gained ground within 4 weeks
