It is very hard to argue that when you read the traits of a narcissist and Brian has displayed every single one of them but there are moments where he eyes give off that classic autistic look (I get caught in photos, too).
I feel like you guys don't get it. You're demonising, arguing, following around, make fun of a guy who is close to a retard. Seriously. I'm not taking the piss. He is that far gone from normality. I know you all say he is a fruitloop but you don't treat him that way, you're still treating him like he is a normal person, willfully being a massive cu nt. He is not.
I don't mean that negatively Brian, you just have massive blind spots that cause you trouble in all interactions. They are right, you are absolutely a narcissist, without question. If you ever want to be someone who doesn't sound like one and struggle in every social interaction, go find a therapist that specialises in narcissists and spend some of that watch money on learning how to work it. Just remember, your son will likely face the same issues and you will be doing him a massive favour in exploring it and trying to make sure it doesn't happen to him. I am not criticising you in any way here, I am just advocating you look at how your life has gone and think about if maybe all the trouble you have with people isn't other people.
Treatment: Psychotherapy (talk therapy) is the most effective treatment, though individuals with NPD often resist change and therapy due to their sensitivity to criticism.
