It's about the best fighter, and that means you need more than boxing skills alone. I agree, Tyson was a beast in his prime, and not easy to beat in a street fight. But, a skilled fighter, trained in (Brazilian) Jiu Jitsu, or Krav Maga etcetera, must be able to beat him.
I bet the absolute best fighter at this very moment is somebody, unknown to the crowd, no.
