Training Logs and Info / Re: Oldtimer1

Ran 5:04 miles on a cinder trail by my house. I burned about 711 calories not counting the quarter mile warm up. Max heart rate was 167.

Still typing and typing various workouts on my Word processor.  It helps me visualize what the work out will be like if I type it out. Sometimes I plan workouts that are too over my head and I think as I'm working out, what was I thinking? I think it's good to be a little instinctive when you work out instead of sticking to a script. We all have up and down days. I know someone like Yates says he plots it out in his head then recorded it afterward.  Draper said he couldn't be rigid following a scripted workout. I think I'm a little too analytical for my own good.  Some very good world champs don't even know what they are going to do till they get to the gym. Then again you have guys that never deviate.

You are in beach shape.

You are not in contest shape.

You also post pics of yourself in your underwear on message boards.

You are weird.

You also take test and HGH.
He got pissed off and left yesterday because of too many gay posts then he posts a picture in his underwear in a couple different threads.

It's just mind boggling anyone would pretend I am not in shape. 40 inch belly regression palumbolism?? WTF are you talking about? My legs are improving. Everything else is about the same. I am planning to get the pec fixed. I already fixed the hernia. Adding some balance to my left front delt is not an insurmountable task. But when this is my condition at classic weight I absolutely think refining things for classic and working on my balance is easier at 46 than adding overall size for the Open.

At this point bringing up lagging body parts is the plan working on balance but all that can be done in Classic.

You have to admire Brians unwavering laser like focus he has to envision his future acheivements and his ability to ignore the fact that he knows hes never going to achieve them.

At least this guy’s toilet didn’t beat anyone to death!

 ;D

Best thing for Connor McGay would be to leave Thailand and go back to the US.

Wholesale inflation unexpectedly jumps again to highest level in a year

Inflation at the wholesale level rose much more than expected in April, the latest sign that price pressures within the economy remain elevated and difficult to tame.

The Labor Department said Tuesday that its producer price index, which measures inflation at the wholesale level before it reaches consumers, rose 0.5% in April from the previous month. On an annual basis, prices remain up 2.2% — the highest level since April 2023.

While the monthly gain is notably higher than the 0.2% increase forecast by LSEG economists, the headline figure is in line with expectations.
