bench - for 5/3/1 do you use the same weights for each workout in the same week?
If I did it for bench, is it ideal to do bench 2x week?
I always do all 4 major lifts twice a week except deadlifts(back issue) I only do them once..
As long as you have a day or so break, eating enough, and getting enough sleep it doesn't matter how often you do it..
At one point I would do heavy bench and shoulder presses 2 days in a row 12 sets of 3-5 for each..then do a day of upper body assistance work(arms, back, etc) and the next two would be heavy deads and squats for around 12 sets of 3-5 followed by 2 days of whatever..
If you can recover then fucking do it! Lol
