I know there are many ways to make more (and lose) money than sitting on big market cap tokens like BTC and ETH. At least staking ETH is better than doing nothing. We'll see how it all shakes out in the long run. The ETH FUD is strong right now. We have been through all this before. I think Ethereum is in a great spot and the L2s are gaining traction. Coinbase's Base does not have a token. And I don't think they plan to have one anytime soon. Ethereum is the native token for Base.


Arbitrum, received ARB tokens. but there were at least 5 other decent ones, probably closer to a dozen all together. You don't need to sell as you can just continue holding them. Taiko L2 is probably the next one to do it.

Not obsessed had put scale away was planning to lighten up. But my health is really good right now no digestive issues at all and when it is good the weight starts going up. I am going to have a reset to 0 anyway after surgery so no real need to try and bulk going into it. I don't have any enlarged organs lol and you are fucking retarded if you don't think there isn't a correlation between weight and muscle mass. I am also not sloppy right now I am pretty lean. A couple years ago I had to bulk to get there now I am just there and lean.

I feel my best in the 700's I notice after all the testing on TRT.  Everyones different..

It would appear pre industrialization testosterone levels were much higher. I think 1500 is closer to optimal high natural not 800.

Big guts are visceral fat and enlarged organs. Bodybuilding has turned into a sick activity. Remember when monsters were something like a 215lbs Mike Mentzer or a 210lbs Robby?  Samir won the Olympia at 188lbs. Arnold at his peak say 1974 was around 240lbs at 6'1". Now at 6'1" you would have to be something like 280lbs plus.
