Did some back and biceps(no homo) yesterday and some shoulder work today.

Arms are ok to add to the end of a workout, but a specialized day is only allowable during pride month.

Chest and arms with a little ab work. Look at the training section for specifics. Tomorrow if everything goes well I'm doing cardio in the form of running.

...I tried one of the tri machines in the gym and it felt weird and noy like I was getting any benefit so I stopped.

Got all the lifting in this week, even the gay lifts like abs and arms. Different days of course as to not overhomo my workouts.

Walks in the neighborhood with the dog
Trail hikes with the dog
Our dog is 3/4 Beagle so it's also an arm workout holding on to him ;D

I've been neglecting keeping up with training logs on getbig. Today was a cardio day.  Warmed up with a quarter mile on a treadmill then went to a park to run.  Ran 5.2 miles. Surprised myself by running a very recent personal best. I got a charity type 5K coming up next Saturday. I know I can't run well anymore but I just don't want to embarrass myself. Normally I finish with 4-6 110 yard strides but I was too shot.  I think it's important to do semi sprints after a long run to keep the spring in your legs.
