I've been neglecting keeping up with training logs on getbig. Today was a cardio day.  Warmed up with a quarter mile on a treadmill then went to a park to run.  Ran 5.2 miles. Surprised myself by running a very recent personal best. I got a charity type 5K coming up next Saturday. I know I can't run well anymore but I just don't want to embarrass myself. Normally I finish with 4-6 110 yard strides but I was too shot.  I think it's important to do semi sprints after a long run to keep the spring in your legs.
