Don't assume by bodyfat percentage

He wants to come in as big as possible he won't cut the food until the last minute. He is probably eating 6-8 meals a day right now. The "gut" is food and it will be gone on stage.

You've seen countless giant gutted top level competitors turn up on stage and still have the gut and you're holding onto the hope that it's all food?

are the power grids actually increasing in size and numbers or are they being taxed more because it’s more of the system being put under stress?

My limited understanding is that this infrastructure is just being taxed as they expand the footprint.

Half the country deals w rolling blackouts on hot days just from air conditioning loads.  Adding a bunch of EVs charging isn’t gonna help matters at all.  Even if they charge at night, people use AC in the evenings and at night, too.

The infrastructure COULD definitely be upgraded, likely for a small fraction of our bloated military budget.  Zero political will for that though.  Much better to send money to Ukraine/Israel or fearmonger over trannies, apparently

I can believe it. He’s not young and he’s not super hard or dry. He’s got that kinda soft look to his muscles that natural guys have. Arms look natural as well. He’s not a big guy, I bet in regular clothes he just looks like a fit guy.

He’s very lean and has full, round, bulging muscles.  You don’t get that as a natural.

What do you think he's on Wes? He competes in some natural league where apparently they're very strict on testing.

People get around test all time but his physique is not out of the realm of possibility for a natural. He's tallish, great genetics but not freakish or grotesque. Low bodyfat sets everything off.

I have no idea, but consider Lance Armstrong. Countless random tests and he beat them all somehow.  Still managed to use PEDs.

Alright, back to the iron. Chest and biceps day. One set to failure after warm up if necessary. Feeling weak from all the running I have been doing for three weeks. I'm getting less reps but trying to use a good weight. I think it will take me three weeks to get back my strength.

Dumbbell flat bench 1 x 8
Incline dumbbell bench 1 x 8
Flat flies 1 x 12
Push ups 1 x max

EZ curls 1 x 12
Alternate dumbbell curls 1 x 8 each arm
Dumbbell drag curls 1 x 11
Concentration curl 1 x 10

Wrist curl 1 x 25
Wrist extension 1 x 20

Incline sit up 1 x 22
Incline leg raise 1 x 14

Ivanko gripper 2 x 20

Felt good to be back in the weight room. Going for distance runs feel great for mood elevation, health and gas tank but too much is a strength killer.
I get the low set thing but i won´t go under 2 sets, max 3 if motivated or just using say 2 exercises for a muscle group.
I mean you´re doing 4 sets for chest with different exercise  probably is enough if going to failure
