so you took 2 full weeks off from training?if yes, then how was your stength when you got back after those 2 full weeks off? did you have to lessen your training loads, or were you even stronger than before?
i feel weaker than before but be a natural bodybuilder, even you take weeks off.you still looks almost the same
when i take a week off i feel stronger when i train again. 2 weeks ok i think a small loss is normal but soon regained..and more!! Do you do Cardio at all ?
i can not do any cardios like running..etc since 25 years ago .

well that is what i wrote in the training thread in getbig...barbell rows build the back like no other. They strenghten the lower back up to your rear delts. not even chins can do this.
