if yes, then how was your stength when you got back after those 2 full weeks off? did you have to lessen your training loads, or were you even stronger than before?

i feel weaker than before  but be a natural bodybuilder, even you take weeks off. you still looks almost the same

i can not do any cardios like running..etc since 25 years ago  .

well that is what i wrote in the training thread in getbig...barbell rows build the back like no other. They strenghten the lower back up to your rear delts. not even chins can do this.

when you doing barbell rowing, your back is paralleled with floor. and thats thicken the back. when doing chin-ups, your body is vertical. so thats mostly training upper back & widen your shoulders width.
