Protein seems low on the carb days, at least according to conventional wisdom. I know you & galeniko have emphasized 1g protein/lb of bodyweight in the past, is that something that you're not as stringent with these days?
I've ate 3850 calories today. Reasonably clean food all round by and large. However, at the end of the day I've just worked out that my macronutrient ratios were:Protein - 36%Carbs - 34%Fat - 30%Bit worried about the fat intake, does anyone think this is too much and should I increase the carb content accordingly?
