Protein seems low on the carb days, at least according to conventional wisdom.  I know you & galeniko have emphasized 1g protein/lb of bodyweight in the past, is that something that you're not as stringent with these days?

nah. i eat as im hungry. if i feel like i need protein i'll eat it. i go very muuch by 'feel'. ill crave it when i need it, or get an appetite for it. if i feel like i need more carbs i'll eat those. same as fat. i have notuiced my body demands different nutrients in different amounts at differnt times depending on my activity level. instead of a dialy protein requirement i think you can get away with a weekly one, ie instead of 200 grams a day, why not 1400 grams a week, and give you body it when it demands it instead f going by a clock? lol
so some on more days than others.

i dont eat the same things/ the same way all the time. the body will have different demands for different nutrients depepndent on the stresses you put it under.

A lot of bad food. Been on a deathwish diet for several months now. I'm looking to do fresh groceries today and turn it around, pull the emergency break on this runaway train before it crashes into something.

I've ate 3850 calories today. Reasonably clean food all round by and large. However, at the end of the day I've just worked out that my macronutrient ratios were:

Protein - 36%
Carbs - 34%
Fat - 30%

Bit worried about the fat intake, does anyone think this is too much and should I increase the carb content accordingly?

30% shouldn't be a problem, but it all depends... like your current body fat rate & goal and the kind of fat sources.

I eat sushi every day for lunch. Sometimes twice. Its the best there is. I could have it for the rest of my life and never get sick of it 8)

I took a 20 year old girl from the gym to Red Lobster on a whim. She got 2lbs of King Crab legs. I had 3 types of shrimp, no biscuits and broccoli. Im 31. Then she didnt want to leave my place after. Had to basically tell her I needed to get sleep for work tomorrow. Feels good to trump the DECADE age gap, fellas. Her body is ridic I assure you. God bless the juice strict diet and high income.
