I'd say ambien is stronger. Once you go to sleep from ambien, you'll sleep like a baby for atleast 8 hours and wont feel like waking up. The key to ambien's relaxant feeling is to stay awake. Personally, I don't think long term use of ambien or valium is wise, as they stop working, and for me personally valium caused slight amnesia. In comparison, I'd give the nod to ambien easily.
I once took like 50 mg valium and I felt impaired, but it was nothing like alcohol or marijuana. Actually, I'd say alcohol and marijuna are better muscle relaxants than ambien or valium.

It's just doing something active every day aside from work and gym. Today it was the park.
Also, how many G of protein / carb/ fat do you shoot for daily? TO me (and I'm no expert), calories dont matter if you nail your 3 P/C/F goals. (enough protein, right kind of carbs, and not to go too far over in fats).

i try to be as active as i can. my bmr is so low i feel as if any time when im not in motion that my body is storing fat. normally i dont do much ACTIVITIES. but i always park way in the back where ever i visit..i always walk places when i have the option, and i try to go with as little clothing as i can handle(force my body to burn more calories to warm itself).
as far as daily macro's.. right now im "bulking", so the only macro im really monitoring is carbs. i dont eat any carbs besides what i get from broccoli and green beans(i love these two veggies), and i only eat those at night with dinner. i try to keep my fat intake moderate..i eat whole eggs and red meat and chicken, but other than that i pretty much get zero fat intake. You're trying to bulk without carbs? I don't think that's possible. I know some of palumbo's guys do it, but they're advanced guy and are on.

zero fat, and negligible carbs.. and only 300 grams of protein - that's 1200 calories, about what a 80 pound woman needs to maintain. You need double that, easily. You're running in a huge deficit. More importantly, your organs, especially the brain and liver, aren't getting what they need to do their job. Six months on this diet and you're going to probably have health issues. Seriously. I have never bashed you cand, and never will. This is just my opinion. Get with a nutirtionist for 100 or 150 and get everything mapped out for you. I cannot tell you how priceless this really is. You can try reading dozens of articles at bbing.com or whatever, but the info is all over the place. Balance is everything - you want to live another 60 or 70 years. to do that you need to give your body nutrients.

no thats wrong. your body uses fats for energy no matter what kind of metaboli system you are in. and even when your on zer carbs, you are not in ketosis all the time. it is a process that only occurs at various points thorugh out the day...even someone who has been on zero carbs for years on end will stilll be using a percent or two of daily energy as glucose... and yes, proteins are coverted for that glucose. the body will only synthesis glucose for energy as its demanded...fats can power up to alomst all of your body functions.
you should read some books by mario dipasquale, lyle mcdonald, dan duchaine, and/or nelson Montana.

no maybe i didnt post my whoel diet, or maybe you calculated wrong..because im eating somewhere between 2500-3500 cals a day.
my bmr must be through the roof? (base metabolic rate)..well if i was eating 1000 cals a day then my bmr would be at a dead halt; and if i am eating 3500 cals a day then yeah it would be pretty quick.
im not trying to sound like a know-it-all.. i am pretty knowledgeable on nutrition; at least enough so to understand how to formulate a diet for my own body type based on how i see it react to certain foods. for myself.... carbs spell disaster. years of overeating on simple carbs and processed sugars have made my body really fucked up and i have high levels of in-circulation insulin even on zero carbs.. and on the opposite end of that spectrum, i have never had a problem with weight gain from red meat or whole eggs..so i think going high fat low carb is the best for my self.
just saw your latest post... i have zero fats besides the WHOLE EGGS and RED MEAT(well, also in tuna and chicken..but theres not a lot of fat in those). one egg has 50 cals worth of fat..and i put down a shitload of eggs. and as far as the veggies...i think your partly mistaken by thinkking i am getting few calories from them...i am running on full glycogen stores pretty much all day..as i eat a fucking shitload of broccoli/green beans at night. one serving of green beans (frozen whole green beans) is listed as 30 calories. i easily eat at least 10 servings each night. AT LEAST.

If you are going to use that to diet, a keto diet works for many.
To bulk? I don't know. I think Evan C used it for a time, but he's a world class athlete with 100 pounds more muscle than any of us, and he uses.
Can an under-200 pound intermediate natural bodybuilder successfully add 20+ pounds of muscle using a keto diet? I don't think he can.

i probably could use meat, but i honestly cannot come to the conclusion if meat is cursed or not. id rather just have some sugars or fats or protien powders cause its cleaner?
if im going to eat meat i would atleast need to pray perhaps or something to show respect, you all can laugh but death of a living being is more serious than we think , oh well if we dont really 'have' to eat meat why do it ? thats just me right now

It was difficult to maintain the diet though. I lack the discipline to do it.
I slipped back into my primitive carnivore state.
I'm curious if this was a very recent decision of yours though.

I just recently started eating veggies. I will try to eat just fruit and veggies as source of carbs. Actually if you want to lose fat, the best thing you can do is eat veggies. you can eat how much you want, because veggies are negative calories. when you eat 5 cals of vegggies, the body needs 10 cals to digest it. That way you will also speed up your metabolism. I recently had a divorce, had problems loosing fat cause my wife always makes something tasty, but high calorie and fat. Now i can get my discipline ON.

not only that - but the fiber in the food moves it thru you so you don't absorb as many of the calories. In other words, if you eat a steak alone your body absorbs 300 calories or whatever. That same steak with a big salad will give you 275 calories. Fiber scoots it thru you.

i get your point here, but remember, fibre allows for a more efficient disposal of waste, it doesn't affect the calorie. if it did, the predominantly obese populace of usa would all be drinking fibre rich drinks after their pizza, donut and ice cream snacks.
btw, did you actually research this 25 calorie reducing effect or did you just pluck it from the rectum?

veggies sometimes have the opposite effect, but they are the perfect thing for clearing the body and good skin tone
the thing is they slow down the thyroid and the more you eat the more your body will slow down
although the veggies fill you up and you have tons of energy on minimal calories, at first a veggie diet works well but i think one needs to have iodine supplementation if you are going the veggie route

I plucked that number. But if eating a large amount of fiber with a meal means you'll only digest 999 of 1000 calories, then I'm correct on this one.

you just crack a couple of eggs, take out the yolks if you want and dip the chops into the eggs and then dip them into the shake and bake and put them in the oven for half an hour or so, really easy.

BUT, not many know that iodine is present in whole eggs...40% of rda in one egg. and who only eats just ONE egg? lol.. i am at at least 12 eggs a day..

I only use one scoop of Surge with one scoop MP.
According to the label a regular serving of Surge is 3 scoops and that's only 25 grams of protein
I should probably use more Surge or just Surge by itself but it's really sweet and I really don't want all those carbs.

wow grapefruit juice is a powerful stimulant on the thyroid, hormone, and metabolism when added to a diet already with plenty of sugars from various sources , it probably does good things to the internal organs as far as cleansing along with high fiber . but i wouldnt reccomend over doing the grapefruit juice as it makes your metabolism go too fast with a caffiene sugar based diet and it should only be implemented in your diet once a week, you wont be able to hold any food youll be shitten gassy and far too sleepy if continued for more than 2 days at a time but you wont get fatter you get leaner so its good for like a sunday when you are by yourself.
monday was a coffee sugar based day all day plenty of water 2-3 gallons of water carbs , chips, vanilla chocolate barely malt shakes in water wheat flour and sugar i beleive, pancakes, candybars, no icecream, no dairy no meat, plenty of energy

maybe a sandwich but im definitly not basing any diets around meats any time soon, im gonna ride out this diet and stay constant with activity levels, ill drink some beers in moderation.

also with the grapefruit juice coffee/carbs/high fiber you have to piss far too many times when drinking 2-3 gallons
but coffe/carbs /low fiber and 2-3 gallons of water you dont have to piss as much and metabolism runs in a more PRACTICAL manner and its not in overdrive and you can actually get some work done with pissing or shitting every hour

No offence bozo, but this diet if done for prolonged periods it can become pretty unhealthy. You've done good at transforming your physique, and not concidering our obvious differences in opinion regarding nutrition (ref. to our recent discussions where you = badly owned): you should really rethink your nutritional strategy even though you think this is optimal. At least get a full health screening at the doc when following such an extreme way of eating..... :-\
what??? what the fuck is unhealthy about eggs, boccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, green onions, steak, chicken..??? all of those foods are completely healthy. fucking fantastic for health actually.

I use Quaker instant oats bro.. I blend 1 cup with cold water, 2 scoops whey and one whole banana.. Great instant breakfast. I don't use milk because that gives me digestive problems.
