Since I posted this on the main board. Ill start a thread over here about it for all the positive boarders
Heres what I ate today
Food I ate today:
1. 10 oz sirloin with oatmeal w/raisins
2. 7 oz salmon with rice and black beans
3. Protein shake with 1/2 cup almonds
4. 12 oz steak with avocado and cucumber salad covered with evoo
5. Same as meal 3
6. 1 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 packet of sugar free pudding mixed in it.

1. Muesli Cereal with low fat milk, 12 oz. 100% Grapefruit juice and some grapes.
2. Post work out - Mongolian grill stir fry with beef, chicken, pork, onions and bell peppers.
3. About 12 oz. of steak (now)
4. 12 oz. of steak (in about 3 or 4 more hours)

protein shake plus an energy drink...
drank soem aminos and carbs during workout..
post workout 100 maltodex 60g whey iso mixed in fat free chocolate milk (made by 'skinny cow' LOL)
couple hours later had half a container of lasagna and a protein shake
bout a half hour ago i had two tacos one jumbo jack and 4 chicken sandwhiches ..actually i just put the 4 chicken pattys onto one bun and i barely finished them.. so full.. lol..

10-13-08:
1. 4 whole eggs w/2 whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal with pineapple and raisans.
2. PWO drink 30g waxy maize with amino's, creatine, beta alanine
3. 45 minutes later 3 Blueberry Pancakes with 2 large hamburger patties
4. 1 cup cottage cheese with sugar free jello mix
5. Sirloin Steak with a shitload of broccoli
6. 10 oz ground sirloin with 1 small avocado salad.
7. 4 eggs with cheese and 3 slices turkey bacon.
Lots of red meat and eggs today :)

6. casein shake, little bit of chicken, 1tbs peanut butter, 2 fish oil tabs.
each meal is 50g protein. Less than 50g carbs per day. Fats consumption is moderate.

hey if that was my diet...i would move those fats from meals 5 & 6 to meal 2 & 4... probably insignificanbt but for me that would make more sense and seem to be a little bit more efficient of a diet..even though cals fats proteins carbs are not changing...

Haha, well some of these guys seem to diet pretty hard, honestly I love all the food that I eat, I've never really been into "junk food" all that much, cheating for me consists foods higher in saturated fat (burgers, whole eggs, italian lunch meat,) and high starchy carbs (pasta, italian breads, fries "Arby's curly fries rule, and cereal "probably my favorite food"). But I know what you mean when you say "live damnit live"

The ones who post in here are the ones who are dieting for something so they revel in their sacrifices(minor ones). You won't find someone posting their 3 meals a day of a shake, maccas and enchiladas for dinner. Its not exactly an accurate representation of the getbigger's patterns of eating.

You love your eggs, iron joe.
They assimilate nicely in the stomach, I personally don't like the smell and texture.

The reason why I like eggs so much is that I can eat them as quick as possible and get some good protein. I can eat 8-10 egg whites in around ten minutes and get out the door and then eat what ever I want. Its hard to smash down steaks and chicken all the time, at-least for me. I diet on mostly chicken and steak for shows so I stay away form it at this time. Who knows I guess. I do eat around 30 whites a day though. I like the lower fat protein in the off-season because I know at the end of the day I'm gonna have a burger and fries. Maybe this is a good idea maybe not its just what I do, lol.....

Started with some unpasteurized goat biodynamic goat cheese and 3 raw eggs. Lunch was some raw lamb with unpasteurized butter with olive oil along with some more unpasteurized cheese. Dinner was the same. That wasn't that much food, I really should eat some more! Gonna pound some raw eggs.

Fat shake with 8 eggs, 1/8thlb raw butter, 1tbsp unheated honey, 2 boxes of frozen berries, then a whole mackerel about an hour after. For dinner, just over a pound of raw ground lamb with parsley, chives, 2 raw eggs, chopped onion, some more raw butter, and a bit more unheated honey. Damn good.

Don't think that's the whole picture...Sounds like a cop out to me... I bet his heart problems had more to do with excess in other areas than eating steak...pros always blame their health issues on everthing else but...

k this morning i had 100 g whey then i had 500 g waxy maize then i ate half a box of cinnamon toast crunch and an apple then i drank a 50g slam from gnc then i had a banana and fruit snakcs then i had 3 bags of beej jerkey than i just now had 40 g whey and im gonna go train in a few then after ill have 100 g whey and another 500 g waxy then later one like 3 hours later im gonna feast on frozen pizza but im gonna put a bunch of left over steak on it before i vcook it

Lots of shakes, overall not looking very balanced. You should be taking advantage of the anabolic you are in with better food choices.

i use the whey for a reaosn, the 50 g slam is milk protein isolate (80% casein 20% whey), the beef jerkey is beef, the pizza ill have later will be pepperoni sausage and then loads of steak. i think im doign okay ....but if youve got some suggestions id like to hear em of course.

I realize the eggs and chicken get really boring but if you are putting the effort into this that you are, what you eat is going to have a huge impact as you know. Beef Jerky is loaded w/sodium, so is frozen pizza. I don't see any fruits or vegetables listed. Shit, I get tired of eating the same thing everyday, but in the end it will be worth it. I know you have said that fruit is natures candy and I agree, but the fiber and antioxidants contained in them can't be beat. I try to have 3 to 4 meals and a couple of shakes.

its easily over 400 grams protein, dep3ending on how much steak i use later its probably gonna be close to 600 g protein.... and its like 1500 carbs and like 200 fat... i think its pretty good dude

:-\ im dieting ayway (yea i know...diet/bulk/diet bulk/diet bulk..but whatever..it works for me ad i like it this way)..so its good that i dont got an appetite however i cant even get myself to eat enough meat i gotta use they whey...which idk..it might be good might be bad however i am not getting enough total protein i think... its cuz i dont wanna take oo much whey at one time (too much insulin spike i think)..so i limit each shake to one scoop

the ftas in it are supe good fats for bodybuilding purpouses. the carbs wont hurt if its during a time when glycogen is low and insulin sensitiity high (after training/first thin morning/ low carb diet)

that first shake wasnt a meal, but i just wanted quick aminos to get me anabolic untill my body digested that meal. the shake was while i was cooking.
las night i had a toasteroven pizza (mini one on half a bread loaf ..) two breakfast hot pockets from shwans... 4 yogurts and 3 bags of poptarts.. (ate the yogurt using broken poptarts as a spoon... strawberry pop tarts diped into white chocolate strawberry yogurt)

In burger form it tastes pretty good but there are so many flavors to that burger that I wouldn't say the meat is a stand-out.
I've had a bite of Kobe steak once and thought it was disgustingly fatty. Maybe it was just a bad piece, I don't know!

**** I usually dont eat seven meals, but i was up from 9am to 6am because i work graveyards, so i was eating pretty much every 3-3.5 hours which is what i normally do.
