3 omega eggs and 1 grilled chicken breast 1/2 cup ezekiel cereal
50g whey isolate 3/4 cup oats 1 cup raspberries 1tbsp macademnia nut oil
8 oz chicken 1 cup brown rice w/ broccoli and 1/3 cup cashews
workout!
scoop of waxy maize and aminos...then like 2o mins after i have 50g whey isolate
8 oz ground beef 1 cup brown rice 1 cup green beans
50g whey isolate 2tbsp almond butter

Meal 2:(Post-Workout)
whey shake in water
medium baked potato

Meal # 3:
8 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 baked potatoes
16 oz. water

Meal # 4:
chicken breast
lg. salad vinegar/olive oil
16 oz. Crystal-Lite

Meal # 5:
chicken breast
2 rice cakes with natty peanut butter
16 oz. water

Meal #6:(before bed)
steak
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
8 oz. water

Dieting for a contest........typical low carb day thus far.

man i have zeor appetite the last few days

i had a 6 whole egg +4 egg white +bacon + fried onion+ broccoli omelet this morning
i hade 6 egg whites + handful of nuts a little after
a had 24 gram whey + left over bacon
chicken breast + left over bacon + small handful nuts
24 gram whey shake + left over bacon + small handful nuts


 :-\  im dieting ayway (yea i know...diet/bulk/diet bulk/diet bulk..but whatever..it works for me ad i like it this way)..so its good that i dont got an appetite however i cant even get myself to eat enough meat i gotta use they whey...which idk..it might be good might be bad however i am not getting enough total protein i think... its cuz i dont wanna take oo much whey at one time (too much insulin spike i think)..so i limit each shake to one scoop

my sources say 25g and not 24.

when do you expect to be showing any sort of gains?

i dont know..maybe never.. well.. i want to compete sometime in the next year so if i do definitely then... i thought you were gonna come train with me sometime soon, on thanksgiving 'member you txted me that we would train during christmas??

1a. No explode with glycerol pre workout and 1b. NO synthesize with 30g WMS post workout.

2. 4 broiled chicken drumsticks with 1 large sweet potatoe.

3. 50 grams of whey with a few handfuls of cashews.

4. 1lbs flank steak stir fried with broccoli .....mmmmmm good ;D

Muscle milk is a good drink, just so damn expensive, or i would have one everyday. It sure does get rid of my cravings for sweets.

the ftas in it are supe good fats for bodybuilding purpouses. the carbs wont hurt if its during a time when glycogen is low and insulin sensitiity high (after training/first thin morning/ low carb diet)

2. Large Sirloin burger with wedge cut potatoes.
3. 2 med sirloin patties with broccoli.
4. 50 gram protein shake.
Late night workout
5. 5 eggs with 2 whites topped with salsa.

Well it's just gone on noon here. So far i've had...

#6 weetbix, muesli, honey and skim milk. Whey shake.
#2 lean beef burger patties and 1.5 cups of brown rice.

#Just had a whey shake with some gatorade powder and some creatine, 1 cup of basmati rice and a small can of tuna (pre workout)

Going to gym in about 30 mins.

Back from gym now.

# post workout meal = same as above.

#Dinner.....2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites, scrambled with some cheese, 1 lean beef burger pattie, 2 pieces of multi grain toast.
No doubt about it...
