I forgot to mention the fact that I've only spent about $8 on food so far today including to giant ice teas that have kept me hydrated throughout the day! :)

I proceeded to throw it all back up.
I'm in somewhat of a binge/purge cycle
I'm now planning on dry fasting (no food/water) for 24 hours

Lunch: ground beef - carrot - black pepper - "chaka's MMM sauce" (stir fry, no oil) + 5 fish oil + multivitmain
total about 100 grams protein, 20-30 grams fat(from fishoil +whatever was in my 80% BEEF (i rinsed off the fat though)), maybe 10-15 grams carbs from carrots but those dont count anyways...
less than 600 calories

the taste of beef is destroyed the second its frozen dude... anything other than fresh cut from the butcher is not going to taste like good quality beef... im dealing with plain 80% ground beef thats been defrosted several times over as i slowly pulled off estimated portions throughout the past two weeks.
i rinsed it because it was not beef for taste, it was beef for protein... and thats the only reason why i was eating it.
the black pepper and chakas mmm sauce were to flavor it up.

i used to do that.....but sometimes i don't have the time to cook it when i want too......any raw meat that has been in my refrigerator any longer than 10 hours goes in the garbage.....taste like shit to me...

Of course there are some processes of Flash Freezing that do not degrade certain meats, but most places DO NOT employ these methods.

As long as you do a slow defrost in the Fridge, you will probably be fine. The SLOW defrost is a MUST and if done correctly, you will end up with a much better and less degraded result.

Yes, i was just talking about that yesterday actually.. I always get whatever i want out the freezer the day before and put it straight to the fridge. within 24hrs it ready to go straight on the pan.

No I don't need that much, I just happened to eat that much that day. I don't eat the same amount of food every day.
I don't eat that much at the buffet, it's just a normal lunch, probably around 1200kcals.

I eat 300 grams of carbs per day, that come from brown rice, low glycemic fruit, oatmeal and veggies.
200 grams of protein is not to much, imo - (I weigh 203)
And I'm only taking in 40 grams of fat per day, that come from meat, olive oil, flax and or walnuts + Almonds

Anyways, you can eat whatever you like as do your friends. You may or may not be able to eat as much. There is nothing at all wrong with your genetics.
Even aborigines and Native Americans can eat whatever they want and not gain fat, they just have to eat a bit less than "whites". (genetics)

First thing in the morning I ate my GFs pussy after she got out of the shower
Then cooked up 6 eggs with two yolks taken out, some lean ham and a slice of cheddar. I put it all in the skillet and cook it up at the same time. Over a whole wheat bagel.
Next will be 1 1/2 scoops whey, 2 tbsps cold milled Flax and 2 peach carb-conscious yogurts mixed in a big bowl.
For dinner will be a boneless bottom round roast in sauce over Egg noodles topped with Parmesan cheese.

I had to stop myself from buying them. They're so calorie dense, and I was having a hard time limiting my feedings. If I let myself go, I'd eat a few cups at a time. Not good. Shit is like crack. So I hear you on that one.
I specifically stay on a low carb diet just so I can get away with eating all those almonds. God, they're so good.

as for the almonds, like you i specifically keep my carbs very low for 2-3 days straight, just getting trace carbs in my diet and i'll use almonds as my lone fat source. on the day i carb up, i'll only have a fraction of the amount i would normally eat. today i only had the 1/3 cup with my last shake before bed.
i have eaten other almonds but they just don't cut it. they have to be tamari.

Meat - Ethics with regards to the treatment of animals in mass production facilities. I only eat meat which I purchase directly from local farmers. I attempted to go vegetarian and failed miserably, I'm sad to say.
