I've had eight McDonalds hamburgers w/o the buns, and two large un-sweet Ice Teas.

Calories: 880
Protein: 64g
Carbs: 32g
Total Fat: 56g
Saturated Fat: 24g
Trans Fat: 4g

2) 8oz 96% lean ground beefm salad w/ crutons and avocado

3) 8oz ground turkey breast, 8oz yam

About to go lift and have 1 scoop SIZE on by Gaspari

last meal will be: 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup black beans + 6oz red potato

Your diet isn't bad either, I've been  eating healthy for the past 18 years , I don't like sweets , alcohol ,burguers,  I eat pizza once every 2-3 months and I've never ate a taco in my life.

I forgot to mention the fact that I've only spent about $8 on food so far today including to giant ice teas that have kept me hydrated throughout the day!  :)

Then I ate 3000 cals of garbage.

I proceeded to throw it all back up.

I'm in somewhat of a binge/purge cycle

I'm now planning on dry fasting (no food/water) for 24 hours

total about 100 grams protein, 20-30 grams fat(from fishoil +whatever was in my 80% BEEF (i rinsed off the fat though)), maybe 10-15 grams carbs from carrots but those dont count anyways...

less than 600 calories

the taste of beef is destroyed the second its frozen dude... anything other than fresh cut from the butcher is not going to taste like good quality beef...   im dealing with plain 80% ground beef thats been defrosted several times over as i slowly pulled off estimated portions throughout the past two weeks.  

i rinsed it because it was not beef for taste, it was beef for protein... and thats the only reason why i was eating it.

the black pepper and chakas mmm sauce were to flavor it up.

True, but you could just buy what you need fresh which means refrigerated and never frozen from any Supermarket.  Meat of any kind should NEVER be frozen, only refrigerated.

i used to do that.....but sometimes i don't have the time to cook it when i want too......any raw meat that has been in my refrigerator any longer than 10 hours goes in the garbage.....taste like shit to me...

I will add this:
Of course there are some processes of Flash Freezing that do not degrade certain meats, but most places DO NOT employ these methods.

Neighbour across the road owns a farm and specialises in organic beef, so we buy half a cow off them every so often.

As long as you do a slow defrost in the Fridge, you will probably be fine.  The SLOW defrost is a MUST and if done correctly, you will end up with a much better and less degraded result.

i was reading mark dugsdale does the same...and mario pasquale reccomends it...just seeing how it goes for a bit

i was reading mark dugsdale does the same...and mario pasquale reccomends it...just seeing how it goes for a bit

exactly will, I can't eat before my early am workout. Because I go to bed around 9pm (I dont eat after 6pm) to wake up at 415 to go running, after running im starving

Coffee.  5 whole eggs scrambled with hollandaise sauce, chives & smoked paprika, 2 slabs of canned ham, and 3 pieces of toast with strawberry jam.  Glass of milk.

Roast chicken with sauce supreme, scalloped potatoes, pre-boiled mixed veg.  Water.

4 Kingston biscuits (cookies), glass of milk.

Rump steak, scalloped potatoes, mixed veg, glass of wine.

Pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream.

I eat 300 grams of carbs per day, that come from brown rice, low glycemic fruit, oatmeal and veggies.

200 grams of protein is not to much, imo - (I weigh 203)

And I'm only taking in 40 grams of fat per day, that come from meat, olive oil, flax and or walnuts + Almonds

Anyways, you can eat whatever you like as do your friends.  You may or may not be able to eat as much.  There is nothing at all wrong with your genetics.

Even aborigines and Native Americans can eat whatever they want and not gain fat, they just have to eat a bit less than "whites".  (genetics)

First thing in the morning I ate my GFs pussy after she got out of the shower

Then cooked up 6 eggs with two yolks taken out, some lean ham and a slice of cheddar. I put it all in the skillet and cook it up at the same time. Over a whole wheat bagel.

Next will be 1 1/2 scoops whey, 2 tbsps cold milled Flax and 2 peach carb-conscious yogurts mixed in a big bowl.

For dinner will be a boneless bottom round roast in sauce over Egg noodles topped with Parmesan cheese.

I had to stop myself from buying them. They're so calorie dense, and I was having a hard time limiting my feedings. If I let myself go, I'd eat a few cups at a time. Not good. Shit is like crack. So I hear you on that one.

I specifically stay on a low carb diet just so I can get away with eating all those almonds. God, they're so good.

as for the almonds, like you i specifically keep my carbs very low for 2-3 days straight, just getting trace carbs in my diet and i'll use almonds as my lone fat source. on the day i carb up, i'll only have a fraction of the amount i would normally eat. today i only had the 1/3 cup with my last shake before bed.

i have eaten other almonds but they just don't cut it. they have to be tamari.

I worked at Hardees    after hs in Md.   It was Roy Rogers at first and as soon as I got hired Marriott sold them away   with the Marriott BENNEFITS!!!!!

been eating real garbage recently. hardly any veggies and a lot of convenience stuff.

yesterday was bad:

giant pot of cherry yoghurt

4 pots of yoghurt with sweetened prune

half a crispy aromatic duck with pancakes

melted cheese with bits of bread dipped in it

oatmeal with strawberries

low fat yoghurt and an apple

un-cooked spinach(the entire bag) with
lemmon juice and hot pepper

that's all so far    :-(

chick peas processed w/peanut butter

4 oz of good red wine and a huge chunk of apricot cheese and fresh strawberries

yogurt and banana piece of plain wheat bread
snack, cup of cottage cheese and a plum
lunch, salad with 4 oz of steak...vinegar 2/tbsp of oil
dinner, grilled chicken breast, steamed corn

I ate out your sisters asshole.

 Besides that. Toast, yogurt and Ginseng for breakfast.

 A cold milk and coffee drink for a snack.

 A pile of rice, sushi, crab soup, fruit and little guppie fish for lunch.

 Another snack of milk.

 About to eat some pasta, carrots. And a bunch of cookies.

 Later i'll have a glass of mik with a couple eggs mixed in.

-4 organic eggs w yellow & green peppers, red onions and 4 oz turkey, 1/2 cup oats w brown sugar, coffee

-curried rice with can of tuna. Was nasty but whatever

-2 tbsp peanut butter

workout

-1 can Coke, apple, granola bar, Tootsie Pop

-rice and black beans, grilled chicken, salad

- 3 eggs, canadian bacon, veggies.

1 Scoop organic Hemp Protein Powder
1/2 cups organic fat/sugar free Soy Milk
1 Tbs natural wheat germ
1 organic banana

Meal 2
1 organic grapefruit
1 ltr steam distilled H2O

Meal 3
1 cup organic brown rice
1 free range chicken breast

organic onion and garlic
1 Tbs organic olive oil
spices

Meal 4
1 cup organic brown rice
1 free range chicken breast
organic onion and garlic
1 Tbs organic olive oil
1/4 cup organic lentils
1/2 cup organic spinach
1 organic tomato

1 cup organic quacamole (homemade)

Haven't had this one yet but meal 6 will be

Usually eat the same thing every day with the odd substitution, and I missed one meal today. I took the day off work, but I usually drink a litre of organic green tea throughout the work day as well.

Newsflash, Organic offers no added benefits over conventional whatsoever. It is not safer to consume, nor is it more nutritious in any way.  In fact, it may even be less nutritious. ;)

Meat - Ethics with regards to the treatment of animals in mass production facilities. I only eat meat which I purchase directly from local farmers. I attempted to go vegetarian and failed miserably, I'm sad to say.

Fruits, grains and vegetables. - I dislike Monsanto and GMO foods.
