my body seems to react better to having tons of carbs pre workout...and then just pro fats post workout
i was reading mark dugsdale does the same...and mario pasquale reccomends it...just seeing how it goes for a bit

exactly will, I can't eat before my early am workout. Because I go to bed around 9pm (I dont eat after 6pm) to wake up at 415 to go running, after running im starving

Coffee.  5 whole eggs scrambled with hollandaise sauce, chives & smoked paprika, 2 slabs of canned ham, and 3 pieces of toast with strawberry jam.  Glass of milk.

Roast chicken with sauce supreme, scalloped potatoes, pre-boiled mixed veg.  Water.

4 Kingston biscuits (cookies), glass of milk.

Rump steak, scalloped potatoes, mixed veg, glass of wine.

Pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream.


today i had
like every day

6 omega eggs w 4 oz turkey w spinnach
8 oz boiled turkey green beans handful pistachios
8 oz boiled turkey green beans 7 brazil nuts
1 small plain greek yogurt w 7 brazil nuts
1 cup oats w 2 scoop pro powder w berries pre workout
post workout-40g whey iso tbsp mac oil
8 oz boiled turkey green beans handful walnuts
2 cans herring spinnach handful pumpkin seeds

i dont usually have greek yogurt but i was starving today and felt like having an extra snack!!

Careful Gene!  You can get a selenium overdose from too many brazil nuts.

turkey slices
fruit
chicken and salad
3 small pizza slices
some sweet potato fries
3 beers

when i go to buffet its easily 2800 cals, whats the deal?

No I don't need that much, I just happened to eat that much that day. I don't eat the same amount of food every day.
I don't eat that much at the buffet, it's just a normal lunch, probably around 1200kcals.

Am: 1 grapefruit - 30g Oatmeal - 50g BioChem Protein shake

Lunch: 8 ounces 93% Lean Turkey - 1 tblsp Flax oil - 60g brown rice "puff" cereal - 1 cup veggies

Mid Afternoon:  8 ounces 93% Lean Turkey - 1 tblsp olive oil mixed w 50g brown rice pasta - 1 cup romaine lettuce

Dinner with friends (Ko Prime): 8 ounce filet - side of wild mushrooms - side of spinach - 2-3 glasses of merlot

Before Bed: 8 ounces chicken breast

Interesting fact:

You guys don't eat many carbs- alot of fats and wayyy too much protein.

I eat 300 grams of carbs per day, that come from brown rice, low glycemic fruit, oatmeal and veggies.

200 grams of protein is not to much, imo - (I weigh 203)

And I'm only taking in 40 grams of fat per day, that come from meat, olive oil, flax and or walnuts + Almonds

Everybody can eat whatever he/she wants, noone can eat as much as he/she wants to stay lean.
