one year ago i was about 10 kg less and sure my abs were in a good condition.. and i can easily return the same shape if i want.. my current target is to slowly go down to be 80 kg as at this weight i look much better than 85 kg and still have nearly the same strength!!..
you think i have gained more fats because of age lol.. but the reality is that i eat a lot these days..

sharif shalabi look decent because if you notice closely the abs are there...he hold lots of water and has the middle eastern type hummus and falafel finish to his physiqe but! notice closely he has the abs ....he has quite ok seperation while flexing,,his weight should be much lower....but he look ok for 85kg ...not impressive but doesnt look very fat ...just lost muscle but he is not fat per say he is just fatter than what he should be and hold the infamous water that kill physiqe especialy when you are lower doubles to mid doubles

sharif shalabi has abs..didnt say he look good i said he is NOT AS FAT as it seem ,,he just lack muscle,,,the coach had much more muscle in picture but also MUCH MUCHHHH more water bloat and thick thick skin from fat and water bloat...this thick skin can ONLY come from 4 things
1. testosterona for long long time as in continous usage
2. nandrolone for long logn time as in continous usage
3. dianabola and anapolona

any combo of one or all will after longer term usage will create thicknening of skin...

This is the dumbing down of GH15. He said this was the beginning of my "health problems" when in fact during that time as with EVERY YEAR I get my check up, everything was normal including my lipids. The only thing that was off was my hormonal panel for obvious reasons. Since then I've dropped down to 194 for a show and never went above 205-208 after that until I started back on HRT about 9 weeks ago, on the 8th week of that cycle is when I went in for testing again. Just to make sure of what it was, I got off my cycle and have been off for 5-6 weeks. last week i went in for my follow up, BP was normal, CBC was normal and due to genetics my HDL's were low even though my total was 190 (still below the 200 mark). Doc GAVE ME A CHOICE of the lipitor (10mg) whether I wanted to take it or not. I chose to take it because of my family history.
As you all can tell, GH15 isn't the brightest dude in the world, he pulls shit out of his ass without thinking and that a FACT!
Here GH15, here's another pic taken that same week and since you can tell how "fat" i am with a shirt on, you can munch on this for awhile......

I did the same thing as Shalaby.
Bulked up to 185. Got strong as fuck, also got a chubby face and looked like shit all over, but definitely had more muscle.
Then I cut down. And in the end, when it was all finished, I only gained a few pounds of muscle. Not really noticable. Not worth it.
Fuck bulking. It's all about staying lean.
Bulking is alright if you have steroids helping you out. Hellping you pack on muscle while bulking, helping you keep the muscle while cutting. But for a natural it's not a good thing to do to yourself. The gains are small and the price you pay is high.

I did the same thing as Shalaby.
Bulked up to 185. Got strong as fuck, also got a chubby face and looked like shit all over, but definitely had more muscle.
Then I cut down. And in the end, when it was all finished, I only gained a few pounds of muscle. Not really noticable. Not worth it.
Fuck bulking. It's all about staying lean.

i agree with you but for someone who has been training for so many years like me it's always good to create new targets to keep things exiting.. if you stay at the same BW for so many years after reaching your natural limits it may be somehow boring.. but definitely i will lose this extra weight and will be always under 80 kg.. at this weight (75-80) i am ok shape wise and strength wise..

sure the leaner look is cooler but we are not machines.. i mean at least for me i like to always change my shape, size.. etc.. my last goal was to lift heavy as i was doing in my early-mid 20s and i achieved it in a good way.. last year i was lean.. my current goal now is to be around 78 kg without losing much of my strength because at this weight i look good with abs..
i am not saying that age is not an important factor but seriously i still haven't felt any change... may be later but till now i feel i am still the same.. i was 25 when i was 85 kg before and i didn't look anything better than my current 85 kg shape.. i dont think 32 is that old and sure we are not all the same..
as for my hair i feel it has become a little thicker when i eat more ;D

I'm 110 kgs now, still got "some" muscle but with no shape. I wanna go down down to about 105-106 with say 12-15% which is where I want to be. Later on I'll go gh15 and show everyone who's boss ;)
