'Why not, I had fun so its ok to show' is the usual response.
Its not about showing the fun but about not showing all other countless emotion people have.
How many times have we not seen people behaving normally only to start smiling for the camera.
This marginalisation of emotions comes through conditioning from society through parents, family, friend and outside world like movies and all-present media.
To sell products companies thought to best bind positive emotions to it, otherwise it might not sell as well.
Therefore all products will make out lives better and therefore more happy inside.
Offcourse a marketing thought based on self-interest of the seller but through 50 years of repetition it now lives in society and its people.
Other emotions beside happyness and joy are not welcome while in reality these emotions can be just as powerful and usefull to the human soul and its development.
Like in the movie Truman show people live, without really realizing it, every day in the same monotonous manner, all the while thinking how happy they really are.
This happyness is not deep rooted or real but it is held up by the products people buy or hope to buy.
That is why the consumer market is in motion all the time, letting people jump from one leg to the other all the while not letting them stop and think WHY it is they are doing what they are doing.
Conclusion: If we are all individuals with own needs and feelings and thus different lives, why is it that when you take a helikopter ride and rise from the ground you see all people living in the same manner: working, sleeping and little enjoying.
The only thing we can really be individual in is in our cunsument behavior, what we buy.
We feel different because of it but the true profits and freedoms go to those offering us the choices.
Who these people are?
Not hard to find them, they are the richest 4% of the worlds population eating 90% of the worlds cake.
It is strange and funny to see people every day thinking strategically in their jobs (what do we do, which market, competition, market situation etc) while not applying this to their own lives and the 1 world we have.
The problem lies in awareness.
Before it was the family unit, then city and now it is nation.
Before we can change anything all must thing on global level as it is like an organism.
Nature developed this system and has developed the brain as a central place to regulate all functions for the total organism.
If the lungs, the arm and the ears all think differently the organism cannot survive.
We as humans have to do the same.

first of he is not off,, second he is far from small,, i told you friends when fella has low bodyfat and he has low bodyfat in the 6-8 on regular basis...they lose some width ,,its not real loss....it is more densisty and thickness from front to back and little less width...turn him sideway and you will see he is double the other fella if not more...he has his mass in the density and thickness of the muscle because hs is mid singles ....yes yes even if he hold water he is still in mid singles...
moment you get into the singles especialy mid singles...the width seem little less but the thickness and dense and quality/condition are much more,, if he took a shirt off there you would see just how much bigger he is than average fella

I was so drunk, I'm off for 6 weeks now, I had 2 workouts in 2 weeks (because I have to work 8-13 hours a day-standing and walking-and have no motivation), I had 3-4 meals a day...and you guys are fighting with each other about am I look small or big in a black pant and an ed hardy shirt...
You everybody know that if I'm training hard, eating right and (unfortunately) using 6-10 different drugs then I'm a top10 IFBB Pro on the world under 220...
But right now...who cares... I could be 170...it doesn't matter...

At the 2011 Tampa Pro I was doing the online commentary with Shawn Ray for the MD...I was one of the VIP guests with my wife...but after the show I had to go to work (at a bar)...until 3:30am (sounds stupid and pretty sad...IFBB Pro VIP Guest working as a bouncer...and I have 3 other jobs...anyway...)...then I picked up Shawn and Samir at 6am and dropped them at the Tampa airport... It was an awesome experience!!! I'll never forget!

You have misunderstood what has been said here - how do you define "abuse" - you mention pro BB's, now come on no one has said Groink has been "abusing" AAS to those levels but he has been "using" for a long time - Groink is your typical gym rat user - he doesnt have the genetics to be a great BB but is a big guy - there are a dozen guys just like him in my gym in there mid 40s - just your typical gym rat who has used for many years.
Now if you had actual real world experience here instead of just gathering your info from internet forums and only being on your second run then you to would pick up on the things that other longer users can see - your comments above show your lack of experience in this regard - no disrespect to you..

Maybe not everyone wants to have huge ass legs? I've stopped training legs myself couple of months ago cause they got too big and made me dysfunctional in other aspects of life, walking, running, Sex, no fitting jeans (I gotta wear baggies all the time eventough I don't like them lol) etc., too big legs are just a pain in the ass. I feel a lot better, more rested and got more energy since I've stopped doing legs (and I've trained them really hard; Front squats, back squats, legpress, all deep and to failure). That's a couple of months ago and my legs still overpower my upper body I'd say, eventough they might have lost a lil bit of size. I can tell you first hand that life is better without leg training, the toll is too much if you don't wanna step on stage in a thong.
I still train calves tough cause mine suck big time.

Btw im stuck at these numbers 230lbs - 240lbs range because its only AAS that i take, test, tren, masterone boldenone etc. No matter how much i use i revert back to these numbers, gh15 is absolutely correct when he says gh takes you beyond the numbers he lists, I tried to prove him wrong with trial and error but cant break that range with just aas. Then i get some fat old liar shorter than me spewing out crap 250lbs @ 8%bf with 2shots of test and tren a week ahahaha. It takes alot more than that id have to incorporate gh at medium to high levels to achieve 250lb+ at low %. I been on this board since i was 19 so 5 years now, if it wasnt for gh15, van etc id still be doing 500mg of test a week for 10weeks and consider that an effective cycle.
Groink is an attention whore and a liar, why lie for? im no genetic anomely but i do know my hormones and not taking away from my hardwork but would be a mere shadow of what i am on just 2 shots a week of test.

gh15 is right. Groink seems to be around 13-15% to me. I'm around 13-15% too and weigh around 230 lbs. The gyms are full of people claiming sub 10% when very few actually are. Got to love conversations when someone claims to be 8% and I tell them I'm probably around 14% - and I'm visibly leaner than they are.

I was back around the days of elitefitness and satchboogie screwed over all those people and i called him a fraud way before then and was cruicified.

The price here is 1500$ per 100iu. If gh was 300-400$ per kit where I live my country would be displaying much more freaks hence the reason why priest move to the states, everything is alot cheaper and accessible. USA drug capital of the world, you want to be a freak move there, alot of our bbers fly to thailand 3-4months at a time for "training camps" LOL. I love how they use that word.

I think I could retain a pretty good physique while being natural, but I should training hard, eating right and doing some cardio... But in the last 4 weeks I had maybe 8 workouts instead of 16-20... no cardio...and like I said 3-4 meals a day.
If you're going off you gonna be much worse and doesn't matter what you do...how hard you gonna keep training hard... So in my current situation...yea I'm lookin much much worse... But I'm still lookin better than in the beginning of 2010...and 4 months later I almost won a 202 pro show...
