the bill included, a 1 night hospital stay which i didnt use, one night in hospital alone amounts to some 6-7k usd here.
the best thing is, i was in the middle of a cycle during the op.
i was in the gym the very next day, with the drenage pipes in my nipples.
back and lower chest training was not doable for 2 weeks. but incline bench i did after a week or so
sleeping was extremly uncomfortable for 3 days.
everything around the nipple was bruised and blue/violet, like after a severe beating.
no more nipple feeling, to this day hasnt returned properly, and this was a year ago.
the doc said, for a bodybuilder, thats the biggest gyno he seen.however some fatsos who dont ever work out have much more tissue removed than this.
this gyno developed well after coming off of gear.not while on btw

another thing i think led to it, was becoming quite fat, i didnt care about going to gym in the slightest, infact i thought ill never go again back then, so i just ate like i felt, the apeitite was still there, i exchanged the bbuiding food with calories dense junk, thats when they started growing badly.
the doc said he removed the glands, but not all of it, so i dont get inversed nipples or something.

Bro I got my Gyno removed and paid 5000 dollars and the surgeon took the tissue out and then the glands, two distinct separate tissues, he showed me after but I was still was weary from being put to sleep so I forget exactly how they looked like but they aren't the same that I know for a fact

Which surgeon is preferable?
If money is not an issue, i'd go with an experienced plastic surgeon that has performed multiple gyno surgeries on bb'ers. General surgeons will get the job done, but they might end up butchering your tits, making them stand out.

I had the surgery done also, but I didn't save mine. ;D And my cost for the one morning in the hospital was just under 10K US dollars, thats not including the diagnosis ( I knew what it was) plus the referrals and the other dr. visits leading up to the day of surgery. And i only had ONE lump of gyno luckily, not two to remove. And I've never done AAS, this gyno came from taking a bottle of American Cellular Labs Tren Extreme and then I cylced agian with the knock-off, Extreme Tren. So, it's good now, just a tiny scar barely noticeable, but what a fiasco.

Lot of misinformation when it comes to juice on the internetz. People read first cycle experiences and see all these guys gaining over 20 pounds in 12 weeks and think its pure muscle tissue. That's why guys like him think that after a couple cycles they'll be the next ronnie coleman....lol.
Maybe if you've never lifted a weight in your life, far away from your genetic potential or just an extremely hyper responder will anyone see this kind of gain.
It takes some time/hard work to accomplish a physique like yours even with the help of juice and if the "recreational lifter" had any real experience with steroids he would know this.
Nothing wrong with staying natty but you have to come to terms with the fact that once you've reached that limit there will be no going past it. You wanna go beyond that you have remember that nothing in life comes without a cost....

8) He never said that, I said he was 5% and I am 100% sure of that. I used to test 100"s of people with calipers (the standard that was used in the 90's) when I used to train people. In fact I could see him being 4% after drawing out all his water and yes taking out water from the skin will yield a lower body fat with a skin fold test, the most accurate way of testing your bodyfat. He has complete separation in his obliques right from the top of his hip right to the bottom of his chest, striations in his chest shoulders and starting to show in his triceps and his veins are outside of his skin, all this puts him at 5% (no homo)

yeah i started gear very young and this is so far the end product.i tried my best and this is the result.yeah was somewhat bigger when younger and on more than a gram, but these days are long gone, feeling better now than then.

yeah i started gear very young and this is so far the end product.i tried my best and this is the result.yeah was somewhat bigger when younger and on more than a gram, but these days are long gone, feeling better now than then.

Well it's very dependent on how far you wish to take it and working within the restrictions of your own genetics.
You don't automatically know that you are going to develop gyno when taking hormones.
Overall i'm sure Galeniko is pleased with his physique, if one of the few negatives si a very simple surgical procedure.

Who want's to look like a pro bodybuilder? There is zero risk to running low doses and you will never achieve the same level of development natural. I wouldn't even consider it a big decision.

for those who care, the other sideeffects have been moderate, never had issues with blood pressure, was happy to never injusre myself seriously, the worst side effect has been after coming off from long big dose cycle, took months to get sexdrive back and metabolism was messed up from t3 use for a while.
Mild sides.... All for what? Some muscle.

I've gone over 5g's of combined AAS for extended periods of time. I've gone off and on so many times; blasted and cruised for years on end. Yet i have zero gyno and have never used an AI in many years.
Genetics maybe?

Someone here seems to think that gyno removal is a serious surgery. It's not, it's cosmetic and hardly invasive. Therefore I cannot seem to understand what goes through your mind when you say that it's not worth "nearly natural physique". It's not like it's a fucking tumor, it's nothing. It's least serious thing that can happen to you after steroids. Easier to deal with than acne, less visible and disturbing than acne and equally dangerous. As a kid you must have been one of those pussies I used to make fun of who cried after they got hit in the stomach and go to mummy.

If gyno is not worth looking like galeniko then for sure these things make it completely worthless for you. Question remains - why do you pursue this kind of look when it may cause all these problems which are far more severe than gyno?

no more nipple feeling, to this day hasnt returned properly, and this was a year ago.
the doc said, for a bodybuilder, thats the biggest gyno he seen.however some fatsos who dont ever work out have much more tissue removed than this.
this gyno developed well after coming off of gear.not while on btw

Exactly how my meeting went down, he didn't discuss anything about steroids, he just checked and said, OK, I can take care of this and we scheduled the Surgery. Gave him a check for 5250 and that's it.

The reason I ask is because a few weeks ago I saw a guy with a deep indentation on one side of one of his nipples. I assume this was a scar from a gyno surgery. It was very distracting, and ruined the look of his whole chest. (no homo)

look, given genetics for gyno, you wont get around it after year long usage.its no big deal anyway, compared to other sides steroids might give.
ppl tend to be a bit irresponsible/reckless when young and wild and overly motivated.
you always speak of balance, you know, my attitude to this training thing has balanced out alot, when younger, i would be upset if i wasnt stronger every consecutive workout and up the dosage and calories etc, more was better the sky the limit.

Of course Gyno can come back, but not if the Glands are removed, even if only 80-90% of the Glands are removed, it can't come back. Why is this so hard for you to understand, I have been involved in Bodybuilding for 12 years and I know lots of people that have had gynecomastia surgery and not 1 has had it come back.

Squatting I rarely go past 315 and usually pre-exhaust before to keep it safer.
I never flat bench, only dumbells. I use 100-125's.
I work with 225-275 on incline bench, but that is not often.
I know way too many people who have injured themselves benching. Not worth it to me to bench heavy.
I have been training over 10 years and know what works best for my body.
I never count reps and am an instinctive trainer.
This keeps training interesting and exciting for me.
I train 5-6 days a week and eat very well, although not perfect.
I make training and my physique a top priority, but it is more a lifestyle for me and never gets in the way of what I want to do in life.
I hold myself accountable and never leave the gym feeling like I didn't give 100%

well first of all i never said i had an "average" build. in fact i have always been quite solid built. I do a 3 or 5 day a week split and while i maybe do not lift as heavy as some here i think i am well above average. I was an army Boxer and have always been in shape. I was as a young guy very fast with my hands and so cought the attention of the Sgt maj training us. I am not fucking Rocky but i still never have backed down from a fight(in the Gym) although i am not the young man i once was i know i can still walk into any place and donīt get trouble. Itīs in the mind. You have to want to win and this is why i also like weight training because i have always liked the "pain"..the balls to do it. I was as a young soldier on my way to a bad start untill the Sgt maj(wonīt say his name on here) came into my room and said,"get your arse upstairs in the attic" where we trained under by todays standards under very primitive conditions. I still write to him among others on Facebooks and he was and is a man i still respect.

those lifts are stronger than i could do natural, i have no problem admiting that.
what your average yearround bodyfat?
should be lean by despcription of that diet.
When I say balance, I mean I keep my bodyfat at about 10%, but I make sure I eat well, but do not weigh or measure food or results. I do occasionally drop some bodyfat, and only then do I measure food/macros.
I train hard for about a hour each session, and get on with my life. I don't concern myself with a little fat gain or strength gains, etc.
My physique and health is very important important to me, but hardly worth ever stressing about.
This is a little hobby and lifestyle mixed into one.
Consistent hard training and decent diet is all that concerns me.

Funny thing is, several years ago I used to train much heavier and was most likely stronger than I am now and was meticulous with diet.
Now, I train smarter, lighter weight, less time in the gym, and nowhere near as strict with the diet, and my physique is 100 times better.
I feel strength means almost nothing with building muscle.
Everyone is different though.
