we are comparing one sidedly what each of us thinks is worth training for, not who currently looks better.right?
if i go off gear id be like baloon with the air left out and god forbid if you jumped on gear youd grow to a shredded 250lbs in no time effortlessly

you not posting your pics is akin to you machinegunning your own feet in this thread.
yes, bitter people who want to expose the dangerous sideeffects, haha, when my point was to not worry if you get gyno, its an easy fix.
i can see them, "phew,im so glad i dont take drugs, thisll spare me the gyno, ok, i do and will always look like shit, going to gym will be wasted time, but im not taking any risks"
yeah, not just naturals, but natural non lifterws, in reclifters case.
the guy criticised chiro for taking his diet seriously, this tells me everything i need to know about reclifters diet and as a result, his workout progress.
when i say he doesnt even lift, i mean hes at fitness level, (women comp), just fatter.aka looks like guy who never worked out.
he wants to put down steroid users who dont have my level yet, to discourage them.theres plenty steroid users who are not at my level(theres lenty who are better too), he wants to discourage them with the almost natural loooking comments.
these users shouldnt be concerned, ill repeat , to get where i got,it took years of training, with years on nonstop heavy usage(yes, it paid off in the long run, not everything was lost from the heavy cycles i swear).time on steroids is important, the longer the better for results.
not many would look like this from just a cycle or two.it took me years to just learn how to diet down properly.
at first i couldnt go under 10% fat, later on i got to 8%, always folowedf by gaining weight again before dieting again, took long to get it figured out.
take your time, dont listen to negative twats like reclifter, jst have regular bloodwork checks.if parameters go way off, go off gear for a while.
you have straightforwardly dodges the hot questions, you have broken your promise to stfu.straightforward my balls.
yes, muscle is most important.what you think why else people watch what they eat and go to the gym, for health purposes?
this isnt a yoga forum
I have broken no promises.
I actually do care about my health and lift and eating well for a multitude of reason
I never said steroids are bad, but they are not always necessary for a nice build either.
Professional sports (not BB) I wouldn't even bother unless you are using drugs, and that is fine by me.
Now, get over yourself. You truly act like the stereotype musclehead.
There is more to life than muscle. Learning balance is key.
Am I clear?
