i basically train each muscle every 3-5 days, but now i'm gonna back off on legs and torso and attempt to add bout 3 kilo (6-7 pounds) to my delts and arms
i'll post up some more update pics in bout 3 and a half weeks
yep i take superdrol but i was taking more before last summer and i didn't get the results i got now
so what changed? diet changed
i went from a god awful diet to an ok diet nowadays (just ask galeniko and boraccho lol, and i gotta give them dudes props and credit for helping me to finally realize the importance of diet) my diet now includes chicken breasts, rice, eggs, and ice cream, but i keep my cals within the appropriate range

yep
You could easily diet on 2500 once you adjust to it. I think the best thing you can do is keep adjusting up until you reach your highest maintenance amount. There is no reason why you couldn`t maintain easily at 3000 calories if done correctly. Then when you need to get ripped-not that you will even need the time-you could just drop to 2400-2600 easily.

Is Superdrol steroids?
Yeah, it's essentially oral Masteron. It was first almost brought to market by Syntex in the late 50's. Syntex, a major player in that area decided not to bring it to market, and went with the injectable version instead.
It's a steroid, and was always a steroid, it just didn't make it on to the scheduled drug lists with the others.

nope, i still train til failure (1 or 2 failure sets for one exercise per bodypart) with the focus on increasing training loads, but i train the muscles more often than Mike recomended, coz i'm OCD and i can't fucking handle not training lol
in fact, it's fucking killing me to train just every other day, and i ain't sure how much longer i'll be able to make it ;D

yep, i was on 800 cals at one point
but recently my diet was just junk food WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES (you gotta count the cals, and there ain't no way around it) and i maybe got 1 gram of protein per kilo of bodyweight, now i get about 1.6 grams of protien per kilo, which is about .7 grams per pound of bodweight
what i found is i can't eat sugary stuff, coz it makes me hungry as fuck
but ice cream is ok for me, coz it has fat in it as well
you gotta learn to handle suffering and control your appetite if you wanna get ripped

The "starving" aspect only applies in instances where one does not have a task at hand to complete or if one is severely limiting their food choices.
Also, if you want a trick that will literally kill your hunger, tastes phenomenal, incredibly healthy for you at low calories- Might I suggest North Carolina Lexington style Cole Slaw. If you don`t want to make their are Many other Cole Slaws with Cabbage out there. Nothing will zap your hunger though like Carolina Cole Slaw.
