Remember, we can always increase calories later on and still lose bodyfat. We don`t want to go too low and we don`t want to go too high. You want a sweet spot where you can adjust from.

It also depends on when you want to be in shape. If you are in no hurry, you could ride 2900 for a few months, then just decrease calories only 50-100 in a few months. Most people don`t realize that is all you need in order to facilitate weight loss again. Most are way too drastic and it does not have to be at all.

Josh if want to lose weight with jogging you need to do spring cardio, jog slowly for about 5 min to warm up then do a moderate spring for 30 seconds then jog slowly again for 2 min then sprint at 80 percent of your max for 30 sec then slow down again for 2 min then spring as fast as you can for 30 sec then slow down again, you would be amazed at how much bodyfat you can lose doing this.Finally something useful. :o

go vegan
Carb load
Dont carb load body needs consistency
Try intermittent fasting
Don't ever eat again

IIRC, it's get your RDA minimum, ~1g per lb of bodyweight, and the rest doesn't matter. For weight losts..5 g per lb minimum.
