Coach, after a heavy strenuous leg day I seem to be holding a few pounds of water.  Is that normal?

Could the muscular trauma cause me to retain water?  It happens almost every time and goes away about two days later.

What strategies do you use to improve weak bodyparts? train it more often`? train it with more volume ?

i have a hard time improving my arms

i follow the old-school principle:training each muscle group 2 times per week

maybe it could go to every 5 days, but once a week per bodypart is not often enough IMO

I agree with this, but i think your body can adapt to handle more volume and more often if you give it enough time and increase the work slowly.
