how do you train calves? and what rep/set regime? we all know the exercises but do you use a principle or do you have a way to utilize  say ..seated calf raise to your benefit? foot position..etc... thank you in advance...

i always did standing calf-raise years before, but almost years didi't train my calf again.

yeah just goes to show Diet is key... i mean he eats clean all the time. I do not think you can get away with a bad diet and lets face it Steve you got great legs too !

i see measurements like the so called BMI..load of rubbish...itīs what you see in the mirror what counts and how YOU feel.

I knew a guy that had spectacular arms......he told me they measured 19 inches......they looked to be over 20 inches!
