It will work the inner head of the triceps, there are three heads for triceps inner, middle and outer so yes they would for inner which can been seen in a front bicep pose.

Chest, Back & Shoulders(per muscle) 8-10 reps x 25-30 sets Legs 20-30 reps x 6-8 sets of Squats Triceps & Biceps(per muscle) 6-8 reps x 15-20 sets Abs 20-30 reps x 3-6 sets (4 times per week)

 So did you get better results overall in your lifetime from high reps or low reps?  What should a natural bodybuilder focus on? Is over training a concern for naturals or should we try to work as hard as we can in the gym?
