what sort of calf training do you do?(reps,sets) Do you believe in training the tibialis anterior? working the front shin area. Some believe these muscles to be very fundamental to calf growth.

I used to them on old school nautilus leg curl religiously...

almost 5 years never train calf since broke my right leg.
but my calf are still ok ;)
