Remember what we sed about weighting urself too much, mayb ur wweight wont change form day to day as much as u want, but over week month year it will. so dont get disheartened. weight urself monday morning each week at the most.
if u wanna have other workout day, u could just do speed/power moves, that will hit most body parts to sum extent
e.g. db snatches (one side at a time), hang cleans,cleans, speed one and a half squats (go all the way down, cum 1/2 way back up go back down again, then cum all the way up=1 rep-killer).
Maybe as a change.
Nothing to taxing, but these movements incorporate pretty much the hole body and get the hole body in motion with every rep, so they will act as a good anearobic and a good aerobic/cardio exercise!!
