I don't really give advice, since I've only been seriously training for 2 years and admittedly know very little aside from what works for me. I certainly don't agree with caloric defecit diets for people like you who are 20% bodyfat and less. Too much muscle is lost in my opinion. Gradually losing weight a better way would be to do just 20 minutes of interval running a day, eating clean (meaning no soda and candy), and a good weight training program. That's all.

TA's caloric defecit diet which he named after his internet handle is more suited for obese people, in my opinion.

You do look better tweeter.  At least the gut and love handles shrank but you have got to admit you are weaker than ever.  No way in hell you have killer intensity with the iron and progressing every 2 weeks.  I did a low calorie stint for 6-8 months and was zapped.  People thought I had cancer, on meth..whatever...lol.  I was maxing out a whopping 185 on bench when I was like what the fuck.  So I started eating every 3 hours with a total of 2500-3000 calories a day.  Clean foods.  ECA 2x day.  Morning Cardio and night lifting.  Within 6 weeks I was less bodyfat, weighed more and was up to 245 on bench.  That was like a year ago.  Then I did a cycle so any progress after that cannot pertain to you since you are natural.  Stay away from the dangerous low calorie stuff dude.  You will never gain size and strength.  You will always look like a cut skinny highschool kid.  But if that's what you want that's cool.  Just telling you straight up without hating on ya that I have been there and done that.  I thought that was the only way to shed fat.  You will never get thick.  Unless you like the Clarence Bass look.  I say be glad you lost some fat...now start doing it correctly.

post up your routine what you typically do in the gym in a week, exercises not to worried about the poundage just the exercises. your pic makes you look like someone who steps into a gym very infrequently and when they do they dont do compound exercises just lots of isolation to feel a pump which is nothing more than blood flow.
the diet you put up was truely horrible and if they are indeed the adonis principles then massive weight loss and a heart attack at a young age is all i d expect from that.
though i dont know enough about what he advocates to know if you are following what he says or doing your own variation on it.

But more importantly, there are recommendations for what to eat.

LET'S CUT THIS GUY SOME SLACK... he does look a whole lot better... some of the nasty body fat and love handles have disappeared. However, that could have happened on pretty much any calorie/energy deficient diet.

Muscle gains??? The guy is a NATURAL. What do you expect?? He won't gain nothing noticable in a 6 week period especially while losing weight/fat. Put him on some Winstrol and Test Prop and he will head for a great physique in 3 months from now if diet is clean and training good. gh15 said it right.

It is all a joke. Why can't you understand that a calorie is a calorie. That is an equate to saying that an electric stove can't boil water as well as a gas stove. Total nonsense.

A calorie may be a calorie but I'd rather eat "clean" food since eating that crap will make you feel like crap.  Plus eating clean food you can actually eat more.  Junk food you get very little compared to clean food calorie wise.
