You do look better tweeter. At least the gut and love handles shrank but you have got to admit you are weaker than ever. No way in hell you have killer intensity with the iron and progressing every 2 weeks. I did a low calorie stint for 6-8 months and was zapped. People thought I had cancer, on meth..whatever...lol. I was maxing out a whopping 185 on bench when I was like what the fuck. So I started eating every 3 hours with a total of 2500-3000 calories a day. Clean foods. ECA 2x day. Morning Cardio and night lifting. Within 6 weeks I was less bodyfat, weighed more and was up to 245 on bench. That was like a year ago. Then I did a cycle so any progress after that cannot pertain to you since you are natural. Stay away from the dangerous low calorie stuff dude. You will never gain size and strength. You will always look like a cut skinny highschool kid. But if that's what you want that's cool. Just telling you straight up without hating on ya that I have been there and done that. I thought that was the only way to shed fat. You will never get thick. Unless you like the Clarence Bass look. I say be glad you lost some fat...now start doing it correctly.
