I do have one question though, for all the flapping your gums do and as big as you are, why are you only putting up 405 for only 8 reps? Need to spend less time talking shit on the pc and more time busting ass in teh squat cage. Loved the vid though. I'm going to use it as an example for those looking for a vid on how to squat properly.
