Gotta admit those were great but then again I never said you didn't have good legs but still you made it look easier then I thought you would. One day I will be there, I just gotta have patience.

About 3 1/2 yrs but only about 1yr in an actual gym. I can get about 335 for 8 (in the smith machine) but I havn't gone heavy in a while as I have been using Milos like methods for my leg training. I am also about 205+lbs and 6'0".

does your gym have a power cage or squat rack?  Those are infinitely better than smith machines.

he's more than deep enough for quad growth and strength, he goes far deeper than 95 perent of guys you see in gyms.


and of the 95% at the gym less than 50% actually work their wheels...

Well I don't exactly have a squatting body and my legs are slightly uneven. It's enough though that I don't feel comfortable going over 3 plates off the rack or going all the way down with more then 2 plates. I don't know for sure though I havn't really tried in a while, like I said I have been doing more of a Milos style leg day and ocassionally go light out of the rack.

I see this a lot at my gym.  A skinny guy with great strength but limited muscle mass.  I feel kinda sorry for them because let's face it...if your legs aren't big using 405 what can you do? Use 605? nah.  Just stuck with skinny legs for life.  Sorry bro :(

as much shit as i give you i've got to give you props on those, good squat, you're exactly where i am squat wise, this is much more impressive than you claiming 700 on squats and deadlifts.

Very good squats, both vids. The 500 is above parallell however.

IMO, it looks like seva is used to handle lots of weight, the walkout is a piece of cake.

his legs and calves are far from thin, are they Coleman or Cutler sized, no, not by a country mile but who's are? he has good sized legs though.

Man I miss old school metal plates like that. My Gym got rid of all of them a year ago and we lift rubber plates now. I miss the clanging sound... music to my ears.

I do have one question though, for all the flapping your gums do and as big as you are, why are you only putting up 405 for only 8 reps? Need to spend less time talking shit on the pc and more time busting ass in teh squat cage. Loved the vid though. I'm going to use it as an example for those looking for a vid on how to squat properly.
