thanks rip, but it wasnt medford. I'm just bored at home..all my cleaning and stuff and gym is done. I already made salad for dinner so I was just trolling the boards and found this thread. My inspiration. Well I have a few. Number one is my daughter. I have to get in shape. She is fun to run around with. Now I'm not as tired. Number two, my physical results, not to mention, my weight got wayyyyyyyy out of control. Lastly, my 20 year reunion in end of august in san diego. I wanna take princess to disneyland. She will be 3 and I have to go on some rides with her. I dont even drink diet soda. 1 cup of coffee in the am and one in the afternoon and water. That is all I drink. It's going to be a long road, but I'm up to the challange. After just one week, I feel and sleep so much better. I'm actually sleeping by 10. I made the decision to go to the gym in the early a.m. because if I wait until 8pm after jacks has had her bath and we read and she is in bed, I'll be to tired. I wish the gym had aerobics and spin classes later at night instead of 5pm. But what can you do.
