i would give you advice if you seriously wanted my opinion and ithought you might follow what i said

but i know yoru hard headed, you think you know everything, and that even with a good explanation as to why bananas are a poor choice (any fruit for that matter)..you would still eat it.

fine

i really dont care wat you eat bro

the only time you would ever eat fruit as a body builder is if you got super intensely accurate with your diet and you know exactly how to diet and you incorporated some fructose into a carb cycling diet...   but that is getting super techinical and im sure this kind of thing is far above the basics most of you still need to learn....

okay goudy

what kind of carbohydrate does skeletal muscle utilize as glycogen?

how does fructose effect insulin levels?

whats the glycogen threshhold for the average male liver?

My point is that there isn't really anything wrong with eating fruit if the rest of your diet is in check.  :)

theres nothing wrong with eating ANYTHING in moderation if the rest of your diet is in check

 :)

goudy said banas are perfect food for post workout. which is wrong. so i corrected him.

im not "anti banana"

i love bananas !  :D

but from a nutritional stand point fruits are natures dessert and they are designed to put fat on your body
