I did back tonight.... This what I did :
Wide grip chins - 5 x 10
Close grip Chins - 5 x 10
Bent over row - 5 x 10, 10, 8, 8, 6
Seated row (hammer strength machine) - 5 x 10
Good mornings - 5 x 10
Finshed up with 100 crunches - on the seated crunch machine.
