hit training is good for some people
like naturals.
but hit cardio? no fuckin way. bodybuilding, NOT track and field.
i personally dont see how you could even do sprints while still fully exhausting your legs with weight training.
to me thats looking at overtraining 4sho
eh i suppose, it is using the same energy system and muscles but you do walk on your legs alot so they are pretty used to enduring long exercise, i do it straight after my leg workout anyway, and its only for 25-30 minutes, followed by a couple of laps of the park, at this stage id rather get lean and sacrifice potential 'small gains' in my legs.
HIIT cardio is good for me cos i get shin splints from prolonged impact cardio, and im not built for endurance myself.
