Good stuff.

If you would have cut 10-15 pounds you probably could have one the contest. bring up your legs and work on your posing. other than that, you have a great frame for a tall guy.

FYI, your military pressing video inspired me to start working militarys and behind-neck pressing into my regular upper body days, so thanks for that.  :)

Haha

cheers mate glad to help ya and give you a wee bost.

IMO be v careful with press behind the head. I would maybe do a variation like the bradford press. Its like a military press half up then behind the neck and to the front then back etc. Only go as low as ear lobes though.

Good mate yeh. I went over to what will be thought of here as the dark side lol....Crossfit. Im probs strongest iv ever been, not saying alot by your standards though, but combined with fittest and most explosive/powerful iv ever been to so its been good. Gotta say im about 7lbs lighter than when i left here though, hard to bulk when your training involves alot of running and the long metcons (metabolic conditioning) is an ass kicker lol.

So i might be coming back to training as before looing for more size again.thinking either powerlifting type shit or DC again. Dc got 30lbs on me in 14minths before so its a toss up right now.

Looking a little fat though bro, guiness your post workout drink of choice now lol, just messing mate. looking sharp!!

Cheers buddy. Yeh crossfit is great to be honest if u want all round conditioning it is the best by far!!

Bur like i said, for size gains, you gotta be eating a shit load of food to even see the scale flirt with moving up. Iv been eating alot to maintain right now. As my rugby training also burns off alot.

Yeh i quite enjoyed DC, apart from the leg day widow makers, oh crap the flash abcks even hurt lol. Those dam 230lb 20rep squats lol.

Think il probs end up doing that. I like to see that iv been off here 6months and your still as basic as ever, training in that bomb shelter of your. with no windows. Good times my friend. Keep pushing hard.
