a lot of so called "curls" with the 70's, 80's and beyond would turn into 40's and 50's if the palm was kept facing up the whole time, anyone can do big db curls in the traditional twisting the hand form.

too many muthafcukers in the gym are throwing big dumbbells up instead of curling them. it's rare to see anybody curling the proper way. you can benefit way more curling a 40lbs dumbbell properly than throwing 70's all over the place.

Willett looks nowhere near what he does in those photos in everyday life, check him out in this clip, after watching this i totally believe he's natural.

He is hitting 315# on the incline for 2-3 perect reps in contest type shape-there is no way he is clean, no way.

If he was off season maybe-a big maybe, but no way at 5% BF.
