Squat Suit Workout (Light/Med)This workout was just about trying to get a hang of this squat suit and see if I can keep my balance, and also practicing my walkout, which is difficult with all of the equipment on. I didn't go heavy today, but I did pretty good with 275 and am at least more comfortable with that. Obviously I hope to be squatting alot more than that once i figure this suit out!
My leg is still bothering me quite a bit, so I kept it pretty light with raw squats too and didn't do much extra stuff. Gonna try to get some deep tissue massage soon, as much as I am dreading it.

Here is my final set of 275x3. Like I said, I am getting the hang of it. I still have 4 weeks to practice. It's really challenging, and I don't mean the weight. Breathing and balancing are the two biggest challenges for me. I didnt' have a back spotter last night either, for the first time, so that was interesting.
