figures everyone would start shouting post a pic lol you got the fat leading the obese on this site....this thread is about the credibility of someones bodybuilding advice who has never been on stage EVER...
You look good. Both you and Alex have accomplished quite a bit.

(Coming to his thread to badmouth him is unacceptable, however.)

True

Seriously, I'll be happy as hell when I reach either of their levels.  8)

honostly im not trying to badmouth its just upsetting so see somone who has never been on stage be so arrogant to give such advice when on this board are many who make me and especially him look like we dont even train at all...in all seriousness i believe he would look good if he dieted down, but that is a morbitly obese IF for alot of people who would rather jus eat mcdonalds and say they lift for power lol..

you make it sound like he's a bed ridden shut in. He's not ripped but he looks good IMO, most guys on here myself included aren't "contest shape". And how does being on stage make someone the beacon of advice?

  • Train Each bodypart every 5-7 days, no more, but make sure you tax it enough to be sore for at least 2days
  • Keep weights workouts under an hour
  • Do 20 mins cardio sessions every 3 days no matter if "bulking" or "cutting", this will "kick" your metabolism into gear and help food intake
  • Stretch, stretch, stretch... AFTER you train a "muscle" group.
  • Train early in the day if possible; you'll get used to it.
  • Allways listen to music and look pissed while training, this keeps the schmoes away. If someone 'aks' you if you're "using this" (even thought you're standing 50' away from it), ignore it and turn your back
  • Fuck free weights, If a machine provides the same tension, don't waste your time loading a fucking bar just to be a purist; preacher curl machine is the best example.
  • Don't wear work boots. 1999-2001 is behind us now.
  • Plastic "gallons" of water aren't necessary as you never drink a whole while training anyway and the next time you use it the water is tainted. Also makes you look like a tool.
  • Don't wear Jeans especially when doing legs. Again, a Tool move.
  • Don't spend too much time on Muscle boards, it affects your judgment and perception.
  • Stay in school.
  • Don't do drugs.
  • Discuss.

ROFL!!!! THAT HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME AND DRIVES ME NUTS!!! I can be all the way across the gym and they will run over there and ask if i am still on it.

Let me say, I respect the dediaction it takes to do a show. On the other hand, i know guys that have given me great advice and have never competed in anything. Alex and a lot of others here walk the walk, by training hard in the gym.

IMO you are not a bodybuilder unless you have at least been on stage once, the same way playing football in the backyard with your buddies doesnt make you a football player, lifting weights in your garage and posting your pics on the net doesnt make you a bodybuilider....youve either been on stage and competed or your a tourist of the sport...nothing wrong with either but i just cant handle someone who so arrogantly gives advice who is speaking from a grand total of zero experience...

lol next come the juice comments lol cuz i have tons of gyno and back acne...hmm strangly absent along with that crazy vascularity that most people at my bodyfat have if they are on juice...I am 21 and lifting weights since 11, I have competed in 2 bodybuilding shows, 7 highland strongmans, 2 NAS strongmans, and most recently MMA

IMO juice is for poeple who are willing to risk their health to look better/get stronger....i would enjoy both but its not worth giving up my health for

At the bar? WTF?!?

Of course not, other people would see you and you're taking drugs so if you drank your piss you might end up getting more alcohol out of the deal than you planned on. Crazy shit, Leafy, takes some balls.
