You look at guys that were IN FACT natural back in the day and they look nothing like Layne at 28 years old or however old the guy is.

Liberalismo.......6'5 250 aint that big. Point is I know what it takes to get into contest shape naturally and enhanced. And they are worlds apart. Especially with an 18 inch arm. Ooooops sorry 17.5.

Not caring about my physique? Wow..that hurts me. Makes me want to just plain stop lifting. So, please, post this pic of a 6'5, 250lb, visible abs specimen that you are. Once again, I doubt you will post. I doubt you have gotten above 200 and seen your abs. To be honest, its people like yourself that instantly come back with the disbelief and finger pointing of "obviously lying" towards people like Layne. Just admit it...you realized you would look like crap as a natural, so you went the route of steroids. No biggie. I have nothing against people that use. Who cares? Its their choice. Funny thing, you make people who use look like the assholes for always claiming those who dont use, do in fact use. Laynes degree will probably allow him to get hooked up with some pharmaceutical firm....your "minor" is simply an over-glorified personal training certification. Lastly...you and many others talk about guys who look natural "back in the day" versus now? Here's a challenge for you....find me a contest diet/appraoch of someone back then...and then compare it to how someone preps now. Bottom line is:

1) You wont post a pic because you cant back yourself up
2) You wont post a comparison of diets of natural guys
3) You will continue to just spew out the same old dribble you have for this whole thread.

Give it up....you look worse ON than Layne does NOT JUICING. Its under your skin and IN YOUR HEAD. Now go pound on your keyboard with another witty reply.

Addition:

If you "know for a fucking FACT" that he isnt. Why not share the "fucking FACT" with everyone and back yourself up? If not, your full of it as much as you claim Layne is. What does being a sponsored bodybuilder have to do with his claim? Not much, but maybe it burns you that he might get his stuff for free and you have to supplement your income with a 2nd job because your minor in counting reps doesnt offer you the ability to buy what you really want?

I have made tremendous changes in CONDITIONING as I know that I will probably not gain a shit load more than what I am at right now. Doesnt make me want to use though. Below is a pic of me before my last show (competed at around 190). Its a pic where I look my best. I have others, but thats what you're getting. I have shown it and many have critcized. Do I care? Nope. I know what my status is. I can deal with it....can you?

I dont know about him being natural on stage. I know several npc state winners, that qualify for the nationals, that arn't natural that don't look as ripped and dry as him in contest shape. However in the video of him in the gym, he looks like an average gym goer thats been doing it for a couple of years.

Alot of naturals in the gym have much better genetic shape than layne (imo look better)

But.....Layne can get great conditioning - that is why he is a great natural

I understand your argument regarding Layne leveraging his "natural" status (I could give a damn whether he is or he isn't) to market himself but when you say things like this you really poke holes in your credibility. How the hell does minoring in Kinesiology compare with a PhD in anything?

My point was a degree in nutritional sciences, kinesiology, exercise science, etc. don't pay jack no matter how far you go. The only degree that pays anything outside of working in higher education or doing research is a dietetic degree. And I don't believe Layne is a registered dietician. That's my point. Layne makes his money from hyping his natural status and "scivation" bullshit not because a Phd in nutritional sciences pays so well.

from the looks of laynes physique i would say he's natural, however his strength is rediculous for a natural.

its his strength that makes me wonder about him, as there are many powerlifters who use steroids and can't lift those poundages .

i've never been in shape myself, but if i ever am, i'm sure i'd at least take one photo of myself. this fella claims he was contest ready natural and roided up, yet doesn't have pictures of either.
