Well, to be honest bodybuilding is about the same.

You start, then you look into all sorts of fancy training programes, diets and superb supplements, spend all the time reading and studying and then you realize that the only thing you should do is go to the gym, workout hard and eat healthy food.

Fuck the HST, HIT, PITT, DC, Giant sets and whatever. Just workout.

Personally I can't imagine what it must be like to have everything in your mind tainted by a religion or superstition.

Why have your mind and thought process guided or plagued and infested by a Buddha, Christianity, Allah or whatever. Why close your mind. Why not seek answers for yourself, why blindly gobble up and accept what is drilled in to you. Think for your self instead.
