Alex posted a video of me awhile back and you followed me around for months talking shit about what you can't do, nobody wants to deal with that.


That's why danielson removed all the hot naked chicks he used to post, certain people can't leave their gimmicks alone long enough to chill.

The funny thing is I have one gimmick and I told you it was me, so technically that doesn't make it a gimmick any more. So do you still think I was following you round?

Thurs- Bench press, incline press to the neck, dips, cable flyes, hammer strength press. Pushdowns,overhead db, dip machine, skulll crushers

Today- Reverse grip/wide grip pulldown superset, bb rows, rack pulls, cable rows, db rows on incline bench, shrugs.

Not really, LOL! I'm working without a belt and not going very heavy. My legs need the extra work and get hit again friday with clean and press on friday.
