Great.....calf started to knot going up a hit between 9-10 but I got through it.  We passed a ton of people between the obstacles....

Cool. I had heard that good running ability wasn't as important as decent upper body strength, but that if you have both, you are good to go. I was considering the TM on Mount Snow next year (two FULL years of healing on my achilles) just to see...
