You do know Rowing in all variations hits upper back and rear delts. Of course face pulls are a special movement. I get great rear delt work from Barbell rowing. I was assuming this was the case while he never did much rear delt work. Itīs like at the moment i am doing incline press and clean and press..however i know clean and press is in the clean portion of the movement very rear delt and traps. You got to think and look at the whole picture but i am sure you know this as a "mod" on the training Board.

Lots of pain on both outsides of my hips :-[, lower back pain when I run, do legs, or cardio.
day after I golf and my lower body is sore and feels super tight.
I've torn my right hammy twice, my left once, groin twice, right calf once, left glute once {no homo}
and broke bones in my right foot.

after golf I'll be trying yoga once a week {again no homo} and if that doesn't work I'll go get looked at :-\
