Lots of pain on both outsides of my hips

, lower back pain when I run, do legs, or cardio.
day after I golf and my lower body is sore and feels super tight.
I've torn my right hammy twice, my left once, groin twice, right calf once, left glute once {no homo}
and broke bones in my right foot.
after golf I'll be trying yoga once a week {again no homo} and if that doesn't work I'll go get looked at
