good strength there !
back in the day me and dubbsy would hit 315 seated.................. I can get up to 275 standing if i constantly do them but i haven't been that high in a while........well weight wise Tongue

now i do them with the smith machine cause i'm an old pussy and it's easier on my crappy joints.

seeing a chiropractor right now to see if he can help with that, but I'm not real optimistic at this point...

Made up for the gym closing early yesterday........

Squats

Ham curls

Seated presses

Side laterals

30 minutes cardio


Mixing it up a bit, next Monday I'll be back to "normal".

yeah I'm right with you on that.

I have a pinch nerve in my neck that affects the left side of my body and on top of it i have a touch of arthritis.

I was getting acupuncture but i got too pricey and i had to stop at the time........I'm prob gonna give it another try cause it was the only thing that seemed to help.

Get yourself a good inflammatory like aleve or naproxin.....it helps me alot.

I already take too much ibuprofen as is...

the point of seeing the chiro is to get some trigger point release sessions in to get to the core of the problem instead of continuelly masking the effects of what I'm doing to it...

it (the rotor cuff) is a tempermental son of a bitch these days...
