Hell,I shouldn't even be lifting but I'm bored outta my skull just going home and sitting on the couch every night.plus there are some hotties in my gym that are nice to look at Grin

Well that's obvious...He already wears sprawl shorts, tap out shirts and wrist bands when he does his 2 sets of pull downs, so really no need for him to rub it in.

Pause squat still sucks ass. It's either supposed to cause growth by increasing time under tension or just torture dumb fucks like me.
